M E M O R A N D U M

Mr. Ioan Bubenec, retired magistrate currently practicing as a public notary in Cernăuți, 25 General Mircescu Street, former refugee from Bukovina, requests the requisitioning for work, for a period of 3 months, of the Jew Abraham Schmatnik from Cernăuți, 10 D. Bejan Street, for his office as an archivist and typist.– 

He justifies the request stating that he was recently relocated as a public notary to Cernăuți, and that he needs this Jew for the smooth operation of his office.– 

The Jew holds identity card No. 2118, having arrived from public utility labor in the Tg. Neamț Work Detachment.–
